AccessLife University is our educational component for employees to participate in ongoing professional development. We believe in continuing education to broaden and extend professional knowledge. We communicate educational training opportunities with employees through our HR newsletter, paycheck inserts, our website, etc. All employees participate in a comprehensive orientation prior to his/her assignment. We educate our staff regarding relevant issues regarding case specific assignments for us to ensure the best possible care and outcome for our clients. Continuing Education allows our staff to effectively meet the changing needs of their client, through a wide array of articles, seminars, and other informational resources such as guest speakers.
